Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout in order for us to reserve your date. We remove your date from the calendar so other bookings are rejected.  Non-Weather Reschedules/Cancelations: All reschedules must be requested within 7 days prior to your original event date.  If you request to reschedule after the 7-day window, or on the day of your event your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to book another date without transferring your deposit. We require a reschedule in advance so that we can re-open your time slot for re-booking. If rescheduling before 7 days of your event ALL Reschedules must be scheduled 30 days after the originally scheduled date to use your deposit toward your reschedule otherwise, the deposit is forfeited (If your event is scheduled July 4th, your reschedule date MUST be between July 5th and Aug 5th. Any dates chosen after the required date a new deposit is required to reserve that date). If you state that you would like to reschedule your event and your date has come and no date has been rescheduled your event is then canceled and your deposit is forfeited. You will then need to book another event. If you choose to cancel your event without rescheduling you will forfeit your deposit. Weather-Related Reschedules: (All events affected by weather)We will continue to watch the weather daily. First, we will request that you find a backup indoor location (we do ask all clients booking during winter months to book a secondary indoor space just in case). We will make a final call 24 hours before the start of your event (this will allow us to view the hourly forecast).  We will contact you for the new location or the rescheduled date. If you would like to reschedule your event due to weather you can do so by Joining the website and managing your booking by selecting any open sessions on the website that is within 30 days of your current event. if you choose to cancel and not reschedule, you will forfeit 50% of your final payment after your deposit. To avoid losing your payment it is best to reschedule your event or find an indoor space to continue. We try to be very open and flexible to reschedules        Headcount Policy: All headcount is as stated on the packages page. We DO NOT sub players in and out to avoid headcount overages. Every player on waiver is considered headcount and will count towards your booking and overages.  NO SHOW Policy:  We will always send communications to your provided email and contact you prior to your event. If final payment is not received by the due date on your invoice and still no payment within two hours of your event with no communication your event will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. We do not come to any event location without booking client communication or payment. If you have not communicated via our requested email and have not made your final payment within 2 hours of your event start time, again your event will be canceled.
