Cancellation Policy

Booking & Event Policy Deposits • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to reserve your date. • Once received, your date is blocked from our calendar. Reschedules & Cancellations (Non-Weather) • One is allowed per booking, Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days before your event. We understand that unexpected changes happen and allow one reschedule per booking without penalty. However, continued rescheduling to avoid a loss of payment will result in the booking being cancelled without refund. Repeated reschedules limit availability for other clients and disrupt our calendar. To secure a future appointment, a new booking and payment will be required. • Requests made within 7 days (including same-day) will forfeit payment or Deposit; a new booking with a new payment is required. • Approved reschedules must occur within 30 days of the original event date (e.g., if scheduled July 4, new date must be July 5–Aug 5). Dates outside this range require a new deposit. • If you request a reschedule but do not select a new date before your original event, it will be treated as a cancellation and your dpayment will be forfeited. • If you cancel without rescheduling, your payment is forfeited. Weather-Related Reschedules • We monitor weather daily and make a final decision 24 hours before your event. • You may: 1. Provide a backup indoor location (required for winter bookings). 2. Reschedule within 30 days using available dates on our booking site. • If you cancel instead of rescheduling, you forfeit 50% of your final payment (in addition to your deposit). To avoid this, please reschedule or secure an indoor venue. Headcount Policy • Headcount is based on the package selected. • Substitutions are not allowed to bypass limits. • Every signed waiver counts toward headcount and overages. No-Show Policy • Reminders are sent to your provided email. • Final payment is due by the invoice due date. • If payment is not made within 2 hours of your event start time and no communication has been received, your event will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • We do not travel to event locations without confirmed payment and communication.
